Rental Policies
- We do not rent to groups where all members are under the age of 25. No High School graduate groups.
- Our units rent with a fixed either mini-week or full week schedule in the summer (June-Mid September)
- Checkout/Check in dates are fixed per unit. Options are Thur-Sun, Fri-Mon, Sat-Sat we cannot be flexible with the fixed dates due to agreements with cleaners, linen providers and handymen.
- October through April we offer 2 night weekend bookings, or 3 night weekday bookings. Generally we do not split up Friday and Saturday night in off season
- Many of our units do provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your use.
- Linens are not provided standard, but we can order them for you from a local linen provider
- Paper products are not stocked in the units, you will need to bring your own.
- All unit have washer/dryer and full kitchen with dishwasher. Detergents are not provided.
- Cleaning is included in the rental price at time of check out. Additional interim cleanings can be arranged at additional cost.
- At time of check out you do have to empty the trash, clean the dishes, make the beds with the comforters provided.
- All our our condos have at least 2 parking spaces.
- Due to the number of units that have to be cleaned we do not offer early check in or late check outs in summer. For a fee we can arrange to have a unit ready early, or allow for a later check out.
- All of our units offer cable tv from Comcast with HD channels enabled April-October. They also all offer WiFi. They have at least one BluRay player with the ability to tune NetFlix and other online services.
- Nov-March some unit downgrade their cable to local channels and turn off the WiFi. Please inquire about the unit you are requesting.
