Great, timely communication. Check in checkout very easy. Host was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beach view was amazing. Air conditioning very good. The rooms were very spacious. Great for. Family of 10. Walking distance to everything wonderful. Definitely would rebook with this host.

Overall a great rental. The condo is spacious and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for the group we had. There were 9 of us and we never felt as if we were on top of one another. The building is right on the boardwalk and facing the ocean so waking up to views of the beach and water every morning was spectacular. Walkable to everything. Having parking spaces as well was great!
The rental property office was very responsive. There were a couple of issues and one got resolved pretty quickly and the other, unfortunately, was not something that could be fixed for us nor was it communicated to us ahead of time (which it should have been) so there was some disappointment and frustration here, but it wasn't anything that couldn't be overcome with a little flexibility on our part.
Spacious - great views - comes with parking - right on the boardwalk. Can't beat it.

If you're looking for a spacious unit at a good location, this unit is great. We were a family of 5 adults and had plenty of space and happy with the accommodations. The ac had a problem mid stay but the unit manager was extremely responsive - I think a tech showed up within 2 hours. The cleaning could've been better (hair in shower drains and food that vacuum left behind), but it wasn't a show stopper.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great with convenient covered/secure parking. The condo was clean and everything was as described online. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room that we did not see in pictures. We used a local company for beach chairs, umbrella and cart. They delivered and picked up at our room.
Location was great but even though on the 7th floor you do get noise late into the night. We just put our noise machine on and elevated the issue.

What an amazing place to spend a week...awesome view to begin with..the unit was more than we even expected...and i have been to many other beaches ..but Ocean City has the most clean , well groomed and maintained beach i have been to so far..
Secondly..i never met the people in person..but Rita and Stephanie were so great ..everytime i had questions they got back to me asap with answers and so helpful with check in instructions..and checked in on us during stay to make sure we were satisfied and ok.... i will definitely stay here again in future... great digs .great view , great atmosphere...

Exactly as in the pictures. Couldn't have asked for a better location and house layout for our family birthday celebration weekend that included 3 generations. The house setting and location more than made up for non-optimal memorial day weekend weather. The hosts were very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Hope to come back and stay another time.

This place is fabulous! It was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and you can tell that they keep the place up. It is close to everything and nice to sit on the balcony watching the people on the boardwalk and beach. The sounds of the waves, children laughing and playing, and the wafting smells of popcorn, funnel cake and French fries fill the air. When you want a break from it just go in and shut the huge sliding glass door. We slept great and got up every morning to have coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins play. We will definitely come back again. The hosts were wonderful, patient and replied quickly when I had trouble finding the email they had sent me.

Location location !!!!' The location was great with views on both the Atlantic Ocean and views of the bay ,the unit was well maintained and clean only negative was there were stains on mattress covers,Overall we had a pleasant stay .check in was easy .. Loved having assigned parking spaces with a secured space ,but walk was a little long for someone with bad knee from garage elevator to the unit , over all had a great family vacation We will definitely stay again even with it being a bit pricey

Our stay at was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, the immaculate cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed at this condo over New Year's Eve for two nights and three days, and it was absolutely perfect! Steve is always very responsive, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The water view is breathtaking, and watching the sunrise from the bedroom windows is truly magical. The condo itself is cozy and feels just like home, with everything you could possibly need thoughtfully provided. We couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year and look forward to returning!

Beautiful condo! The views were incredible. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing when we had a small issue and responded within minutes. The location is perfect. My husband and I stayed here for Sunfest 2024. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. If I had to complain about anything it would be the shower head not being very powerful but it still was fine. Oh and the jetted tub worked great for a relaxing down time before bed. I will definitely rent this place again!!
