This building is conveniently situated. Everything in inlet area is walking distance. Views are amazing. Parking is convenient and secure. The condo has everything you may need and is decorated beautifully.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location was excellent, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, with clear, detailed instructions on parking and accessing the storage area. The host was very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocean City!

We loved staying here. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we could see the beach from our room. The property was spotless had everything we needed. Location was spot on right at the board walk. I love how they even supplied beach chairs and an umbrella. It was just enough space for my family of six to spread out. 10/10 would definitely book again. Rita is the best ! Thank you again for hosting my family ❤︎

The apartment is large and convenient. The owners really made an effort to make the apartment unique. The pool is very nice too. There was a musty carpet smell but with the windows open it was gone quickly.

Great location- you can walk to everything from here and parking in the garage is great! Pool on roof is private and has great views of the inlet! Condo has large balcony and you have views of bay side and beach! You can also enjoy music from the purple moose if you sit outside when bands are playing

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, offered great value for the price, and was in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I will defiantly book this again. The only minor issue I had was figuring out how to get into parking garage.

Such a perfect location and the place was great. You could see the sun rise and set from the balcony, the bay and the ocean. We even were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for anything better. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place! Fantastic location! Everything was as described and very clean. My daughter uses a wheelchair and the one parking spot was very accommodating and right near the elevator. The place was very spacious and accommodating as well. Loved the balcony! Highly recommend!

The location was great for going back and forth to the festival. Could easily watch and hear the main stage from our balcony. Condo was clean and well laid out for at least eight guests.

Friends & Family Weekend Get Away

This is our fourth time staying in this condo. There were improvements this year with a working ceiling fan! It condo this year was not as cleaned as it had been in the past three years. The master bedroom and bathroom had a musty smell. The bathroom rug was still very damp when we had arrived. There was also a left over clothing item from the previous vacationers. Although the condo wasn’t as fleas as the previous years it is still an amazing location and suited our family again nicely this year. One other thing to note was there was a bachelorette party in the next condo over and a bachelor party in the condo after that. It did get a bit noisy at night for the kiddos. All in all it was still a very enjoyable successful stay! Stayed August 2024.
