The Condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The location cannot be beat if you want to be where everything is! Beachfront, walkable to main attractions, and great for people watching on the balcony! The condo was perfectly clean, exactly as photographed and described We cannot recommend the condo highly enough!
Our lock didn't work at first, but the staff was responsive and unlocked it remotely.
MUST KNOWS:
1. There is garage parking but it is on the first floor as the condo (forcing you to walk up the garage to a level where you can get an elevator. The spaces are also not in any numerical order. We drive around for 15 minutes just trying to find “404.”
2. The rooftop pool has ZERO shade. No umbrellas, and no way for you to “make shade.” Shade was necessary for my group and we couldn't use it.
3. There will be noise outside your balcony. You are ON the boardwalk. We loved it and enjoyed a saxophone player every night.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would give this property 5 stars. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 10. The oceanfront location and beautiful views made for a great vacation, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.
The only thing worth mentioning—and this is completely outside of the owner's control—is that the area directly below the property became a gathering spot each night. Groups of teenagers would hang out there every night and would be very loud until the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a full night's sleep. This isn't a reflection of the host or the property itself, but I wanted to share our experience so future guests know what to expect if they're sensitive to nighttime noise especially during the 4th of July.
Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Our stay was excellent and accommodations were outstanding. The space was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped for any cooking we planned on doing. We had a minor tech issue and resolution was quick and efficient. Would love to visit the same condo again.

The condo is beautiful with three bedrooms ( two king beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a free floating trundle). The condo also came with three full size bathrooms and the on suite laundry was so convenient . The living room couches are in great shape. The condo also had beach chairs, a beach wagon and an umbrella available free. The balcony overlooks the boardwalk. It's a great location and we hope it's available for next year! We walked to the OC market for OJ, bread, milk and the store had a large selection of food items. We enjoyed several different small restaurants within walking distance and the parking garage spots made the most difference compared to other options! This condo was amazing for our vacation.

This place was great! We had a variety of ages of kiddos from 8-17. There was something for everyone to do. We didn't move the car for 5 days. I was afraid it may be noisy on the boardwalk but we were pleasantly surprised. We had the best views of the sunrise in the morning. We will def visit again!

Wow!!!! What a beautiful, roomy, well kept, great location condo!!! My family and I were overjoyed with everything!!! Steve was extremely responsive, pleasant to work with, and genuinely cared about our experience. The accommodations were fantastic, the condo building and parking was secure, and we had an overall best time! The views from the condo, even the master bedroom, were spectacular!
