Br # 3 has 1 full bed accompanied by 2 twin beds. Modern large kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances. Lots of cabinet space for your food items to be stored. Utility room has a full sized washer and dryer to keep your group in clean clothes.

This is a flexible vacation rental for your beach vacation with plenty of room for your friends and family. Fully loaded with smart, high definition TVs in the living room and each bedroom, including cable and Roku device options. providing Dining area offers a table for 6 along with 3 bar stools for sitting at the counter.

Coral Seas building is located in a narrow part of the Ocean City island so that even though it is bay front it is a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. The building amenities include a beautiful sun deck with lounge chairs with a nice pool on the roof. Breath taking views of the bay and midtown OC are to be had from the large roof top area. There is also a work out room with weights, tread mill and bike to keep you exercise routine going while on vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Coral Seas! There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and we had ample space. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen utensils/pots were well stocked. Space was clean. Rooftop pool was a nice touch. Beach is close by- 2 blocks away. Rita responded very quickly to messages and requests. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Well appointed with plenty of items in the kitchen. The beds and all furniture were comfortable and made vacation super relaxing. There was plenty of parking and the property as a while was quiet. We would definitely book again!

Was visiting Ocean City MD for my Birthday and we had a blast! With a rooftop pool and so close to the beach it was the perfect spot. With so many things to do in the area like the boardwalk, mini golf, escape rooms, shopping and so many great restaurants. Host was friendly, responsive and the place was very well kept. Will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

The condo was perfect for my lil grandson and adult family. Beautiful inside and out, look exactly like the photos. The location was great walking distance to the beach, bars, stores and places to eat good food. Plenty of parking, all of the guest and condo owners very friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was wonderful, clean and private. The view from the roof top , near the pool of the bay was amazing to watch the sunset. I would strongly recommend this place, and look forward to staying again next season.

Fantastic Location

We stayed here with family for a weekend and loved how close we were to everything. The condo is in a fantastic location, just a short walk or drive from the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and beach shops, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We did experience a few issues during check-in, as the elevator code and the condo lock code provided were incorrect. However, the host was extremely responsive and resolved everything quickly, making the process as smooth as possible. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to have the pool all to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was clean, well maintained, and easily accessible. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this condo again in the near future!

Overall we had a good stay at the condo. The pool was unheated so the water was very cold water as the rooftop section where the pool is located was very shaded. Many of the dishes and utensils were not clean and required dishwashing prior to use. If you are sensitive to perfumes as I am, be aware that the use of fabreeze like sent dispensers are used throughout the house. I had to remove them and put them on the porch as they gave me a headache! Linens and towels are available to purchase for an add on cost. Steve and Rita were great communicators and were responsive throughout the trip.

Spacious, clean and updated

The Unit was spacious, clean and updated. I initially got into the condo with no problems, but while unpacking the car, the second time, I had trouble with the entry. OC Rentals was very responsive, and enabled a new access code while I was on the phone with them! The unit gave us all the space we needed for 3 adults and 3 children. The view is minimal, but everything else was great. Loved the rooftop pool!

The condo was even better than expected! The master bedroom is huge and the living room was so spacious and comfortable. The other two bedrooms were large as well and even the one with 3 beds still felt roomy. I would highly recommend!
