Building amenities include beautiful rooftop pool with large sun deck. Great views of mid-town Ocean City sky line, the bay and some views of the ocean. There is also a workout room on the 4th floor for our guests use. Great location close to the Rt 90 bridge with may restaurants within close walking distance. Boat and jet ski rentals are also close by. Parking for 2-3 vehicles in open lot under building. You will love this condo!
