The 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunk with trundle beneath. All bedrooms have HD flat panel TV's, Bluray players with access to Netflix, and private bathrooms. Also on the second level is a large utility room with high capacity full size washer and dryer. The pool is directly outside the condo door for easy access. Storage locker is equipped with 4 beach chairs and umbrella and a cart to carry all to the beach. One dedicated parking space with open parking for a second vehicle. Free street parking on 63rd or 64th streets. Very short walk to beach of about 75 yards. Close to restaurants-Dead Freddies is across the street, along with a small grocery store, 5 Guys, Papa Johns Pizza and shops. Easy access via  the Rt 90 bridge.

Modern Kitchen has new stainless appliances, with granite countertops. Cabinets are solid wood.  Fridge has ice maker and is french door style with bottom pull out freezer. New Samsung 5 burner stove has a convection oven. Lots of granite countertop for food prep. Great choice for your week at the beach!

What do we love about this condo: Hard to describe but great to experience, the soaring 2 story area in the great room has lots of glass visable on 2nd floors.  This design makes this a bright cheerful space to enjoy your vacation. Large Master Bedroom with large private bath, soaking tub make your stay very enjoyable.  New in 2018 is a King mattress is high end $3k mattress that assures a great nights sleep.
