Best of OC stays on top of the condition of our condo and uses a network of contractors who quickly tackle any maintenance issues at low cost. In the middle of the COVID outbreak in summer of 2020, one of their contractors obtained a replacement air conditioning unit for us and installed it within two days, when we were told by others (in the middle of a hot summer) it would be months before a unit could be obtained due to supply chain interruption. Quite simply, they fix our problems in a timely manner.
